Source ("Source", "we", "us", "our") is operated by Source LLC (in formation). By using Source — including by providing your phone number, checking the consent box, or speaking with Source on a call — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Source. These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy and Legal Notice. Contact: giodg123@gmail.com.
Source is only for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use it. We do not knowingly provide the service to anyone under 18.
Source is an AI-powered conversational service designed to be a mentor and a voice to think with. Source is not a provider of medical, psychological, or therapeutic care; not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or medical treatment; not a provider of legal, financial, or professional advice; and not an emergency or crisis service. Source's responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for how you act on anything Source says. Nothing Source says creates a professional, clinical, or fiduciary relationship.
Source cannot help in an emergency. If you are in danger, thinking about harming yourself or others, or experiencing a medical or mental-health crisis, contact your local emergency number immediately (112 in the EU, 911 in the US) or a crisis line such as 988 (US Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). Source is not monitored in real time by a human and must not be relied on for urgent help.
Your phone number is your identity with Source. We deliberately collect as little as possible: to use the service you provide a phone number and give the required consent. We do not ask for your name and do not build a profile of who you are beyond what is necessary to run the service. You are responsible for the security of the number and device you use.
Source does not make outbound phone calls to you — you reach Source by calling it. If you opt in, Source may send you text messages (for example a receipt or a follow-up). By opting in you agree to receive automated texts at the number you provided. Message frequency varies; messages are sent only between 9:00 and 21:00 your local time; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. SMS consent is separate from, and not a condition of, using Source.
Access may be offered on a subscription basis in tiers, each including a monthly allowance of calling minutes. Current tiers, prices, and allowances are shown at checkout and form part of these Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; by subscribing you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on each renewal. We may change prices or tiers prospectively with at least 30 days' notice before a renewal is affected, and you may cancel before it takes effect. Payments are processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card details.
You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because Source is supplied immediately, by starting to use Source within that period you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed; where only partly performed, you may owe a proportionate amount. If you have not started using Source, you may withdraw within 14 days for a full refund.
Except where required by law (including the EU withdrawal right above and mandatory local consumer protections), payments are non-refundable. Nothing here limits statutory rights that cannot be waived.
You agree not to use Source for any unlawful purpose; harass, abuse, or harm others; reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service; rely on it for professional advice it is not qualified to give; impersonate another person or use a number you are not authorized to use; or use Source on behalf of anyone under 18. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
You retain any rights you have in what you say to Source. You grant us a limited licence to process your conversations solely to operate, secure, and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your conversation content.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and your rights. In summary: we collect your phone number, records of your consent and its timestamp, audio and transcripts of your conversations, and limited technical data. We do not collect your name. What you share — including call recordings, transcripts, and Source's memory of you — is kept for as long as you use Source, so it can remember you and serve you better. You can ask us to delete your account and everything we hold at any time. We use third-party providers to run the service (including our AI model, telephony, voice, speech-to-text, database, and payment providers), listed in the Privacy Policy. Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR in the EU/EEA, or state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA in the US) you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to withdraw consent. Contact giodg123@gmail.com to exercise them.
By using Source you explicitly agree that we may record and process your calls — including anything personal you choose to share — and keep a short memory of them to provide the service. Taking part is voluntary and you can withdraw and have your data deleted at any time.
Source — including its software, design, brand, voice, and content (excluding your conversations) — is owned by Source LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Source for its intended purpose.
Source is an early version, in active development, and may change, break, or be discontinued at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Source is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that Source will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its output will be accurate or suitable. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection and liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Source is an early, experimental version offered free of charge, and it comes with no guarantees of any kind. You use it as-is and at your own judgment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Source LLC accepts no liability for any damages or losses arising from your use of the service or your reliance on anything Source says — including indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and decisions you make based on Source's output. Because the service is provided free, our total liability for any claim, where liability cannot be fully excluded, is limited to the maximum extent the law allows. Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and EU and UK consumers retain their mandatory statutory rights.
We may modify or discontinue features of Source and may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will give reasonable notice before it takes effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, these Terms are governed by Italian law, but you also benefit from the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in your local courts. If you are a user in the United States, these Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Source LLC is registered, and disputes will, to the extent permitted by law, be resolved by binding individual arbitration. Everyone else: Italian law applies.
